ART: NOISY JELLY

Noisy Jelly is a game where players use molds and colors to create, well, noisy jelly. Raphael Pluvinage and Marianna Cauvard, two French design students, have created a game board that activates various electronic sounds depending on the size and salt content of each jelly mold when placed on the board, as well as how and where it’s touched. There’s a more complex technical explanation for how all this works, but the point is you can play with food that makes noise. Though it’s only a prototype for now, we can’t wait for it to hit stores so we can try it out for ourselves.
