Second Layer – Definition of honor

This political/apolitical-anti-war/war-no wave light churning masterpiece kills/saves all who dare defy Adrian Borland and  members of the sound.  With beautiful scrying guitars that seem to chirp in a  glossolalia-like chorus over lyrics about old ogres sending young men they probably secretly fantasize about to go off and eat it on the battlefield.  The vocals croak with a  sublime drawl that suggests the true definition of battlefield honor equals bait for the naive and willing.  Seductive and dark droning, with incredibly contrasting, pensive bursts of light confusion. Soothingly abrasive and softly penetrating. OHhhh yass, yass.
